All real estate listings displayed on Overline are submitted solely by licensed realtors or authorized agents. The realtor’s name and contact information are clearly indicated on each listing, and that realtor is exclusively responsible for the accuracy, completeness, legality, and availability of their listing.
Overline does not verify, endorse, or guarantee any listing details, including but not limited to price, availability, square footage, or property condition. All information is provided “as is” for informational purposes only. Users must independently verify all information directly with the realtor before making any real estate, financial, or legal decision.
By using Overline, you acknowledge and agree that Overline assumes no responsibility or liability for any errors, omissions, misrepresentations, or disputes arising from realtor-submitted listings.
